We offer consultations for people with with conditions like chronic kidney disease (CKD), diabetic nephropathy, glomerulonephritis, or electrolyte imbalances, as well as immunological conditions including lupus nephritis and connective tissue diseases with renal involvements.

Kidney Transplant Follow-up Clinics

If you have received a kidney transplant, part of your post-transplant treatment involves monitoring your body's acceptance of your new kidney to prevent complications such as rejection or infection, and to continuously manage your immunosuppression.

Nephrology Inpatient Services

Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Management

If you are hospitalized with acute kidney injury (AKI) as a result of sepsis, medication toxicity or other causes, our nephrologists provide expert treatment and management of your condition during your hospital stay. 

Post-transplant Care

Immediately after your kidney transplant surgery, you will be monitored intensively to ensure your body is accepting your new kidney, and to prevent and address any complications. 

Renal Replacement Therapy Initiation

This service includes dialysis or preparation for kidney transplant.

Post-Transplant Care

Following your kidney transplant, our expert team provides long-term follow-up care, monitoring your immunosuppressive therapy to accept the donor kidney, as well as monitoring graft function.

Diagnostic and Interventional Services

Kidney Biopsies

We work closely with our interventionist radiologists to diagnose conditions such as glomerulonephritis, and to evaluate transplant rejection or undiagnosed acute kidney injury.

Interventional Nephrology

We coordinate with our interventionist radiologists to perform placement and maintenance of both permanent and temporary dialysis catheters, AV fistulas, and grafts.
