• Each patient may have a maximum of 2 visitors at a time to maintain a peaceful environment. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter Intensive Care Units.
• To keep our environment healthy and clean, we remind you that smoking is not allowed in any of the Dubai Health facilities.
• We encourage frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers to prevent the spread of infections. Hand sanitizer dispensers are conveniently located throughout our facilities.
• Visitors are requested to wear modest clothing in respect of Emirati cultural norms.
• Please respect patient privacy and help maintain a quiet environment. This allows all patients to rest and recover without unnecessary disturbances.
