Overview
Our Al Wateen service ensures the safe and efficient supply of blood and blood components to Dubai Health facilities and private hospitals, and provides 24/7 emergency support to other blood banks operating outside of Dubai.
Required Documents
- For private hospitals, a valid service level agreenment (SLA) for requesting blood and blood components is required.
- For private hospitals, a completed request form and payment receipt must be provided.
- For Dubai Health facilities, a completed electronic request form must be provided.
