Our Neurodevelopment and Behavioural Clinic at Al Jalila Children’s Hospital is dedicated to supporting children with neurological and developmental challenges. As part of our Neurosciences Center of Excellence, we are one of the most advanced pediatric facilities in the region that focuses on diagnosis and treatment of nervous system conditions in children. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and has a dynamic team of highly-experienced pediatric consultants from some of the world’s leading hospitals.

Our clinic focuses on children with neurodevelopmental disorders, which affect how the brain and nervous system function. These conditions include ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, and vision or hearing impairments. Children with these conditions may face challenges with speech and language, motor skills, learning, behavior, memory, and other neurological functions.

Neurodevelopmental Genetics
We work closely with our Pediatric Genetics specialists who work within the Genomics Center at Al Jalila Children’s Hospital. Genetic testing can often form an important part of diagnosis and care of children with neurodevelopmental conditions including:
