Pain Management is a specialty within the Anesthesia department, and focuses on helping people who are dealing with chronic or severe pain. Using a variety of methods such as medications, physical therapy, injections, or sometimes more advanced treatments, patients’ pain is reduced and managed as effectively as possible.

Medical Critical Care is a specialty within Dubai Health Health System's Critical Care Units. Our Critical Care doctors (intensivists) provide highly specialized medical treatment and management for people who are very sick or in life-threatening conditions, and need close monitoring and support. 

Clinical Microbiology involves the study of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites that can cause infections in humans. Our microbiologists work to identify the microorganisms making you feel unwell, in order to determine the most effective course of treatment.
