How to Access the Service
- After your consultation, ask your treating physician to submit a delivery request.

Receiving Your Medication
You will need to show your/the patient's valid Emirates ID card to your delivery driver. Please check all medications and their storage condition immediately upon receipt, and be mindful that some medications will require to be kept in the refrigerator.

- Click on Medication and follow the simple steps to request a refill.
